Ciglio 2 Installation and Troubleshooting Guide


Installation:

Not Daisy chained

  •   Without occupancy sensor: 

·Verify that luminaire is switched to the “parent” position.

·Mount the fixture to the cabinet with mounting kit provided.

·Plug the power cable to the fixture

·Plug the transformer to the power cable, and ready to use.

·Tap the orange button to turn on or off, hold it for diming


  • With occupancy sensor: 

·Verify that luminaire is switched to the “child” position.

·Mount the fixture and master switch to the cabinet with mounting kit provided.

·Plug the master switch/occupancy sensor to the fixture with the inline coupler provided.

·Plug the power cable to the master switch

·Plug the transformer to the power cable and ready to use.

·Use the controls in the master switch to operate the light.


   Daisy chained:

  •   Without occupancy sensor

·Verify that one of the luminaires is switched to the “parent” position and the other luminaires in the system are switched to the “child” position 

·Mount the fixtures to the cabinets with mounting kits provided.

·Link the fixtures with the jumper cable or the inline coupler, 

·Plug the power cable to fixture.

·Plug the transformer to the power cable, and ready to use.

·Tap the orange button in the parent fixture to turn on or off, hold it for diming


  •   With occupancy sensor: 

·Verify that all the luminaires are switched to the “child” position.

·Mount the fixtures to the cabinets with mounting kits provided.

·Link the fixtures with the jumper cable or the inline coupler, 

·Plug the master switch/occupancy sensor to one of the fixtures with the inline coupler provided.

·Plug the power cable to the master switch

·Plug the transformer to the power cable, and ready to use.

·Use the controls in the master switch to operate the light.



Post-Installation Troubleshooting Guide:


If lights are flickering or not working correctly:

  1. Remove power from lighting system.
  2. Make sure all cables and inline coupler are securely connected.
  3. If master switch/occupancy sensor is used, verify that luminaires are switched to the “child” position\
  4. If master switch/occupancy sensor is NOT being used, verify that one of the luminaires is switched to the “parent” position and the other luminaires in the system are switched to the “child” position .
  5. Reconnect power and test lighting system.
